Health and coaching go together very well. Being healthy physically is closely related to how you feel emotionally and phychologically. Coaching is a powerful tool to optimize your own strengths and minimize your weaknesses.

I originally became fascinated with coaching, through my own personal experience, when struggling my way through university. Feeling lonely, confused, embarrassed and frustrated by my self-sabotage, I finally reached out to an amazing coach.
